Terms of Use

Nueces Innovation Studio™ is provided as a beta educational platform. Features, content, and availability may change, and the platform may contain errors or interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The platform is intended to help students, families, and educators organize and present science fair projects. Students should follow their school's science fair rules and review work with a parent, guardian, teacher, or educator. The platform does not replace teacher instruction, school requirements, or adult guidance.

Children under 13 should use the platform only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or authorized educator. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of project content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload, and for avoiding sensitive personal, family, or medical information that is not needed for a science fair project.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates school rules
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Misrepresent authorship or misuse AI-supported writing tools to violate science fair integrity rules

The platform may include AI-supported tools that suggest text or guidance. These suggestions are intended to support, not replace, the student's own work. Students are responsible for reviewing all content and following their school's and science fair's rules about original work and use of AI.

The platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Nueces Innovation StoryWorks, LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without permission.

The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, or that the platform will meet every educational requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nueces Innovation StoryWorks, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, including to protect users or maintain the integrity of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform develops. If changes are made, the effective date will be updated. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
